The Everest Base Camp is still in the winter in February, with scarce precipitation. It’s mostly sunny and the sunlight is strong. However, since the altitude is high, the temperature is low all year round. However, the wind in the winter gets even stronger, which makes it more dry and cold. Daytime average temperature: below 0°C (windy & freezing cold), warm clothes such as outdoor fleece jackets, down jackets, windbreakers, sweaters, wool suits, warm underneath shirts and pants, etc. are recommended.

Nighttime average temperature: -20°C, winter clothes such as winter coats, leather jackets, windproof jackets, down jackets, scarves, hats, gloves, sunglasses, masks, etc. are recommended.
